A last (but not least) detail, copy the classpath.xml from scilab-6.0.0 
app to scilab-6.0.1 app :

cp scilab-6.0.0.app/Contents/MacOS/share/scilab/etc/classpath.xml 
scilab-6.0.1.app/Contents/MacOS/share/scilab/etc
