[Scilab-users] Unable to update ATOMS packages - Scilab 6.0.1

Hello,

I think I face a similar issue (it's not a problem of internet 
connection, it's more an issue with hdf5 support).
It should be fixed in the current nightly build for the 6.0 branch:
