[Scilab-users] Where is the best place for Scilab - xcos / ScicosLab - scicos questions and bug report?

Following this topic about active Scilab communities i have found that this
forum:

which belongs to the FOSSEE.in for Indian Institute of Technology of Bombai
is comparatively active. It would be great if the communities could be
connected as much as possible.
