Nighly build are replaced with the Continuous Build, that can change 
several times a day according to the activity on the main Scilab forge.
As answered in Bugzilla, currently the Continuous Build version is the 
master one. It can be found and downloaded there:

The issue with the anti-virus software on your computer is independent 
from the access to Continuous Build binaries.
