Fyi, the following site provides Matlab code that may be translated to Scilab:

betain.m : incomplete Beta function ratio

xinbta.m : inverse of the incomplete Beta function



The Scilab Atoms 'Distfun' package contains:

distfun_betainc : Regularized Incomplete Beta function
