[Scilab-users] scicv toolbox

Hi Scilabers,

It has been quite awhile since my last active development on IPCV, and also
since my "final statement" on it. :)

Working on mainly Scilab for more than 10 years, from consortium to ESI, I
witnessed a lot of transition and also met a lot of great ppl in Scilab.
However, things changes and currently I am working more on Machine learning
fields (deep learning), and yes, I am still using IPCV for POC of certain
algorithms for the team members to deploy, using IPCV for inferencing with
the models built, and also Scilab web tools to sent images to the API for
deployment test.

Due to the current workload, I might not be able to further develop the
module, at least for near future, but anyone would like to continue to
further develop the module, please feel free to do so from :
https://github.com/tanchinluh/IPCV

If any university would like to take up the project, I would be more than
happy to give a few hours of free training to students on how to add
functions into the module, provided the university is keen to take up the
responsibility and put commitment on the development. You could reach me
here.

Thanks and regards,
Chin Luh
