You are most welcome to use these tutorials.  These are released under CC<br>
noncommercial, non-derivative license and hence there is no need at all to ask<br>
for permission to use them in academic institutions.  In addition to Scilab, we<br>
have tutorials in other IT tools also.  At present, we have the tutorials on<br>
Linux, LaTeX, Python, ORCA, PHP.  We will shortly have tutorials on LibreOffice,<br>
GIMP and a few others.<br>
