Today I installed Scilab 5.4.0 into a new workstation.<br>

OS: Windows 7 Pro x64<br>

When I tried to run old code from my old machine I got this message<br>

even if I tried to run samples from Scilab itself !!!<br>

Is anybody know what exactly the problem<br>
