
<html><head><style type='text/css'>p { margin: 0; }</style></head><body><div style='font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000'>Hi everyone,<br><br>I found something surprising using the Inductor block in Xcos.<br><br>I simulate an electrical diagram with only an inductor and I impose voltage or current. The problem is that if I impose the current, I get a voltage in the inductor equal to zero, whatever the value of the inductor. If I impose the voltage, I get a current in the inductor varying with L which is what I expect.<br><br>Could anyone give me his opinion or tell me if I am doing something wrong? I attached my script that simulates the two cases and plots results.<br><br>Thanks a lot,<br><br><div><span name="x"></span><font size="1"><font size="2">Romain</font></font><br></div></div></body></html>
