Do you really intend to display 3 overlaying grids, one per axes ?<br>
Even with one color for each, the whole readability would likely be
poor.<br>
If not, then you can keep the axis for which you need a grid as a
default one,<br>
and add extra axis only for data for which you do not need a grid.<br>
