That's right. If a user without OS priviledge requests the removal
of a module installed as admin, what does occur?<br>
<br>
Likely -- but this should be confirmed by some tests --
atomsRemove(..) simply returns [].<br>
Actually, according to the atomsRemove() design and help page, in
case of removal failure no error flag is returned, and likely no
error or warning message is displayed.<br>
This is somewhat an issue.<br>

There is another issue about atomsRemove(), <a href="http://bugzilla.scilab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9595" target="_blank">reported as
bug 9595</a> (2011) :<br>
<i>"when multiple versions installed, atomsRemove doesn't delete the
loaded one, even after restart"</i><br>
<br>
To be analyzed, and fixed is it is confirmed with a recent Scilab
version.<br>
