BUG DESCRIPTION:

After installing SIVP toolbox from Atoms and getting Scilab relaunched, SIVP module can't load.

Installing SIVP on Scilab x64, on linux.

OTHER INFORMATION:
------------------
Config : PC x64 with OpenSuse 13.2 x64 OS and Scilab x64 5.5.2.
Same bug on 5.5.1.

I wonder why there is a double // in the path of libavformat.so... And "file too short" error don't help me much...
