I suggest the addition of Persian help pages divided into two branches: 1- Online HTML pages, which can be accessed via http://help.scilab.org and
2-inline document viewer. 

1- For inline doc viewer, it seems we have a little long path to do.

2- However, online html pages for Persian can be deployed in less than 10 minutes!! After about 5 years, we had not seen this simple implementation
on Scilab website!
