OK. So i take it as a reference. Attributes in the HTML are the following:
<html dir="rtl">
<div class="manualnavbar" dir="ltr">
<span class="path"  dir="ltr">
<div class="synopsis" dir="ltr"> or mode generally <pre dir="ltr">
<code class="literal" dir="ltr">
<div class="programlisting" dir="ltr"> that mainly includes a <pre>. So protecting <pre dir="ltr"> should be enough.
<div class="screen"><pre dir="ltr">

By the way, for multicolumn tables, <html dir="rtl"> inverts the order of columns! Is it OK?

Because it is not simple. Scilab aims to make things simple. But Scilab is not simple.
10 minutes: you may live on the Moon, when 1 day spends 29 terrestrial days... ;)

By the way, this encouraging sample of 79 files are 80/~2400 ~ 3.3 % of the total number of pages.
This is why i am still encouraging you to create an ATOMS module (and a forge ?) to broadcast these pages and allow to easily install them by users.
If you need some help for ATOMS, please email me. I can help you setting and maintaining it.
Translating more pages would be great, mostly ones that are progressively rewritten (please see the release notes).
