Remarks:
 * The same style.css could be used for all pages.
 * span.path {direction: ltr} is not rendered (i don't know why. I have tried several ways..) but does not disturb => kept.
 * <html dir="rtl">: i will try to set it in xmltoformat()
 * "report an issue": idem (missing translation with gettext for all languages)
