SEP : Sorting in Scilab

Hi,

In this SEP, we discuss the improvement of the gsort command.
We discuss the possibility to sort matrices containing complex numbers by
real part order first, and imaginary part second.
We also discuss the possibility to pass a Scilab comparison
function as a second input argument of the gsort command.
