XCOS: add custom menus

Hello,

I am currently porting a plugin made for Scicos to XCOS.
Unfortunately, it seems that the interface changed a lot between these two.

I would like to add menu entries on the XCOS main window.
I found some macros like scicos_menubar() that seem to do it, unfortunately I am unable to find a way to use them.

Any help would be very welcome.
