Update proposals for Xcos menu entries help file

Hello,

Descriptions of some Xcos menu items do not reflect any more the really
made work.

The concerned items :
File : New, Open Save Save as and Export

Format : Rotate, Flip, Mirror (Forgotten item), "Line color" must be
replaced by "Fill color", Link style (a little mistake)

I have made a work for update of this descriptions. You will find a diff
file for an abstract of modifications and in the tarball the whole file
modified : "xcos_menu_entries.xml".
