[Scilab-Dev] Help Please: Error compiling scilab 5.5.0 under windows vista x64

I am using Visual Studio 2010 Pro, download Scilab 5.5.0 from Git Master
branch and prerequirements-scilab-5.5.0_x64-src from svn://svn.scilab.org.

I compiled the solution follow the instruction:

The parallel project under the solution Scilab_f2c reports error:
