[Scilab-Dev] Please create an AppData file for Scinotes

Hi Richard,

We already provide an AppData file which is installed using distribution
tools. You can find it in the source tree at
http://cgit.scilab.org/cgit.cgi/scilab/tree/scilab/desktop/scilab.appdata.xml
