[Scilab-Dev] Unable to clone svn repo

Hi Rishubh,

Thanks for prompt response. '/bin' was my mistake. I don't remember when did
I put it there.
Even without '/bin' it was not working either.
But now I am able to download from 'svn.forge.scilab.org'.
