[Scilab-Dev] Unable to clone svn repo

Hi,
If you check http://forge.scilab.org/index.php/p/linux-prerequisites-sources/source/tree/40/trunk/Dev-Tools/SE/Prerequirements/linux  you will see that there is no bin folder and your link is searching for bin folder

I am accessing internet through proxy. So, I thought it might be because of
proxy. But I am able clone other svn repo (apache repo). 

Can somebody help me?
