[Scilab-Dev] Erratic behavior of "Recent files" Scinotes menu item under OSX

Because in my scinotesConfiguration.xml the files names are here, but 
the <document> elements are not correctly ordered, as the top ones are 
the older ones... Maybe reopening the above bug would be adequate ?
