Hello Lise,

dgeqpf & zgeqpf seem are deprecated<http://www.netlib.org/lapack/lapack-3.6.0.html> in Lapack 3.6+, that may be the issue here, could you please try with a less recent version<http://www.netlib.org/lapack/>? 3.5.0 should do.
