[Scilab-loc] "Startup execution:" and " loading initial environment" messages missing

I changed the way we are dealing with some of this messages. I uploaded
these changes to launchpad but they do appear on the svn in the core
template:

$ grep -n -E "(&File|loading init|&Edit|&Preferen|&Control|&Appli|&\?)"
modules/core/locales/en_US/core.pot
modules/core/locales/en_US/core.pot:1468:msgid "  loading initial
environment"
modules/core/locales/en_US/core.pot:1472:msgid "&File"

modules/core/locales/en_US/core.pot:1480:msgid "&Preferences"
modules/core/locales/en_US/core.pot:1484:msgid "&Control"
modules/core/locales/en_US/core.pot:1493:msgid "&Applications"
modules/core/locales/en_US/core.pot:1497:msgid "&?"

If you update them on launchpad, and you ping me to upload them again,
it should work.
(it worked for the french localization)
