[Scilab-loc] Context menu translation problem of SwingScilabConsole.

Hi,

In fact, there are some fuzzy translations, in these case default message (English) are used.

For example "Cut" in ja_JP:

I have a context menu translation problem.

It seems that this problem needs to consider a solution.
This problem originates in the conditions which take in a message 
text differing from the conditions at the time of operation.

ex.)
copyMenu.setText(Messages.gettext("Copy"));
copyMenu.setMnemonic('C');

strings required for this operation serves as  "&Copy".
it is not "Copy"......

Although I have a problem in Japanese, how is it in other countries?
or does someone have a good idea?
