few questions about scicos

1. Are scicos text blocks support any other characters but latin?
2. I have a model. You can find it enclosed. 
    When I'm trying to run it I see a lot of following messages in 
Scilab console:
**** SUNDIALS.Cvode: too much work at time=0.002 (stiff region, change 
RTOL and ATOL)
After few experiments I understood that errors occur due to Delay blocks 
(Continuous Fix Delay).
The model consists from two parts: setting device and control block.
When I run each part separately they work with no errors.
