[scilab-Users] Problem building the toolbox skeleton.

If I run in verbose mode I get a line just written DOCBOOK: without
anything after.

Docbook is in the thirdparty folder can I just input its location
manually? And if yes how do I do that? In Scilab or as an
environnement variable?
