Can't install Scilab 5.0.3-6 on Ubuntu Hardy

Hi, 

I get the error below. I think scilab-bin is missing from the repository. 

The following packages have unmet dependencies: 
scilab: Depends: scilab-bin (= 5.0.3-6ubuntu1) but it is not going to be installed
