Not the same on my computer
Ubuntu 9.10

jiapei at jiapei-laptop:~$ apt-cache show docbook-xsl |grep ruby|wc -l
1  (not 0)

Thank you. I got it from prerequired package of scilab already.
I neglected that prerequired package due to my carelessness.
