modelicac

I have scilab and scicos working in a windows machine and now I want it to work in Ubuntu. when I try and use it in ubuntu it says that modelica compiler is missing and that I can get it from the scilab web page. But when I go there there is no down load for modelica.

I have looked arround the google web and I think the file i need is modelicac.
My question is where to put it in Ubuntu?????
