sci2for - where is it ?

Dear SciLab community,
I am writing you about converting scilab code 2 fortran.
I read that sci2for isn't supported anymore: http://bugzilla.scilab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1631.
Is someone aware of any other project like sci2for, please ?
