Filters - Help

Hi. I'm new with scilab programing and i hope you will give me some hints 
with signal processing.

       I have the next information about 3 filters (Bessel ord.3., Low 
pass filt. , Inertial filter )
 Pls at least for one of those filters help me interpret the data in 
scilab.
