[ANNOUNCE] Scipad project at SourceForge

We're glad to announce the migration of Scipad, the internal editor 
and graphical debugger for programs written in Scilab/Scicoslab 
language, to SourceForge. The new project page is

Background: Scipad used to be distributed together with Scilab up to 
version 5.1.1, and is still distributed with Scicoslab. As Scicoslab 
releases are infrequent and Scilab no more includes Scipad, while 
Scipad keeps being actively developed, this repository hosts the 
latest developments of the continuing project and the full source 
code. Care has been taken to support at best all versions of Scilab 
and Scicoslab since 4.1 to current, and all underlying versions of 
Tcl/Tk from 8.4.6 on.

A longer description of Scipad, a bug tracker, forum area and mailing 
list are active at   http://sourceforge.net/p/scipad

Releases are available in the download area for Scicoslab and Scilab 
(atoms package), and come with detailed installation instructions.

Scipad is a free software distributed under the terms of the GPL (V2) 
license.
