[scilab-Users] Dev-C++ Compiler

Hi,
so, is it possible to write script in Dev-C++, which will run program
written in Scilab? I mean: I wrote program with math algoritms in Scilab,
but I want create some GUI for it and I want create a exec file which will
start GUI and from GUI I want start Scilab program (but the point is, that
program should work without having scilab on computer).
