GUI

Dear all,

 

I created a file in wich I can modify various parameters ...

 

I'm thinking in creating a GUI (panels & widgets) in wich I can activate (or
not) some options just by clicking or by typing a vakue (accuracy and so on)
:

Is it possible under windows ? do I need to install libraries ?
