information about bootstrap non parametric test

Hi,
I'm Raffaella Marigo from italy, I'd like to have some information about the bootstrap non parametric test with scilab
I have a small number of experimental data so I need to increase them with the bootstrap technique, but I'm not able to develop a scilab tool
Could you help me?
