JVM libhdf5 problem: almost crash

I have installed Scilab 5.3.2 and whilst loading a *.cosf file in Xcos I
receive the error (below) in the Scilab window.
(I'm on Linux/Debian Sqeeze, amd64 i7 architecture) Has anybody an idea....?
