[Scilab-users] Impossible to load parallel.dll library !!!

Today I installed Scilab 5.4.0 into a new workstation.
OS: Windows 7 Pro x64

When I tried to run old code from my old machine I got this message

                          !--error 999
Impossible to load parallel.dll library: The specified module could not be found.
}


even if I tried to run samples from Scilab itself !!!

Is anybody know what exactly the problem
