[Scilab-users] Xcos startup delays win7 64bit

Installed version 5.4.0 on win7 64bit

Starup and function of Scilab is normal, but when i tried to start Xcos is
needs 3 minutes with 70% cpu usage to start the palette browser.

What is to do ?
