[Scilab-users] figure with several subplots and two y-axes for each subplot

I get two y-axes on both subplots (on Scilab 5.4.1, Windows XP; with plot function  AND with plot2d function...)

Executing the simplified code ("hold on" added to see both curves) leads to the malfunction as mentioned above. As you can see, there is no second y-axis (right-side) in the upper subplot. For clarity, see picture in appendix!
