[Scilab-users] null space and nullity of a matrix

Thank you all. 
The function "kernel" does the same task. 

Before positing this topic, I searched a bit for the following keywords on
the help, but I didn't found any related results. 
"null space" and "nullity"

So, I modify a little the "kernel" help and write a new help page for the
chapter Scilab-Matlab equivalents.
