[Scilab-users] Stixbox installation from ATOMS failed

Hi all, 
I realized that the issue is the installation of Scilab on the C: drive,
which does not have the access WRITE.
I uninstall Scilab, and re-install Scilab on the D: drive, then I can
install the Stixbox now.

If this is the main issue, maybe Scilab can highlight to users of Scilab on
this, so that installation of modules from ATOMS can be smooth-sailing.
