[Scilab-users] How to execute MS-VECM code in Grocer toolbox of SciLab

Kindly help me with the execution of MS-VECM code in Grocer toolbox of
Scilab.
I need to execute the MS-VECM code in Scilab.
I am not able to find any code for MS-VECM in this.

Kindly provide the help on this issue.
