[Scilab-users] 2d plot y-axis expresio

I have an 2D-plot as the image.
I wish to have the expresion of y-axis as follows.
1, %expression(0.05→5.0%)
2, tick should be 0.5% 
3,If possible,the scale tick should be 0.1% but figure should be 0.5%  such
as 4.5%,5.0%,5.5%..

Please Teach me how to fix them.
