[Scilab-users] support on scilab 6 new debug feature

Hi David,

The nightly build help is not available on help.scilab.org but we can either type `help debug` on a
nightly build or read the raw XML on the source tree [1].

Note that this debug feature has no integration on SciNotes yet.
