Well spoke too soon, on restart, and execute the script,  cannot now
reproduce havaeacompiler T
now get:
--> configure_msvc
 ans  =

  T

--> findmsvccompiler
 ans  =

 msvc140express


--> haveacompiler
 ans  =

  F
