AFAIR, in the commit, i was arguing against "constant", not against 
"double".
IMO both can be implemented (to be able to automate the option out of 
typeof()).
But /documenting/ "constant" as acceptable keyword would make me ill.
It's not an issue. Anyone else will be able to do it :-)
