First, uncompress the zip file. In the obtained directory, go to the 
sci_gateway/c folder and remove

#include <malloc.h>

at line 8 in the file kiss_fft.h

Then in main toolbox directory, exec builder.sce as already said by 
Clément. If you had no error just "exec loader.sce".
