Hi all,

No problem for me to download  https://build.scilab.org/view/Scilab%20binaries/job/scilab-master-linux-64/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/scilab-branch-master-linux-x86_64.tar.gz from firefox (from ubuntu 19.04).
